After spending a frantic week covering pre-budget NHS funding scare and demand stories, it was a relatively quiet week for the health and tech press. However, NHS England confirmed that it had issued a prior information notice for a potentially market-shaping framework contract for analytics, consultancy, and technology for STPs and ACSs, and the submerged row over NHS Digital handing confidential patient information to the Home Office “in the public interest” threatened to break out again.
