The Department for Health and Social Care published the draft NHS digital strategy that NHSX has been drawing up. The strategy makes a big play for the idea that “data saves lives” and that it can be collected and used while respecting the law and patient privacy. But the strategy has not convinced medical or patient bodies that this will happen.
