The focus of England’s fight against Covid-19 turned to vaccinating younger people; and persuading them to take up the offer of jabs. Scotland released £12 million to try and kick-start the recovery of its NHS by increasing capacity for non-Covid care.

Back in England, the Royal College of General Practitioners warned that it isn’t just acute care that needs attention. It called for more GPs and more support for them in an #SOSForGeneralPractice. The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust became the latest to announce it will use the Epic electronic patient record. And there was a lot of action in the health app market.
