Health and social care secretary Matt Hancock pushed ahead with the creation of NHSX, a cross DHSC / NHS England and NHS Improvement body to lead on digital policy and some digital programmes. As he did so, his department quietly confirmed to the Health Service Journal that it was setting up its own logistics hub in Belgium in case of a no-deal Brexit, and there was more grim news on the public health front.
