Throughout the past 30 years Cornelia has helped a multitude of companies within the technology and healthcare IT sectors to better understand their target markets and reach potential customers more effectively. She is well connected in the healthcare tech ecosystem in Europe and North America and each research project has enlarged this network and her industry knowledge. Renowned for her swiftness to grasp new content and her ability to see projects reliably through all phases, she has established long-lasting relationships with clients and co-workers. Customers turn to her for content that is out of the box. She worked in corporations such as Creative intellect, Ovum (now Omdia), Marketing Improvements and BIS Strategic Decisions, and has been a freelance researcher and journalist, publishing articles on healthcare IT in various trade journals and for the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).

Cornelia’s skills include market research and analysis; project management; conducting in-depth C-level interviews; presenting; writing reports, case studies, white papers, opinion pieces and copywriting next to speaking (and occasionally translating) German, English, and a bit of French. She holds a degree in Economics (Diplom Volkswirtin) from Frankurt University.

“Understanding a market and a customer’s unique position in it makes a fine base to create powerful and credible marketing communication”.

A little about Cornelia:

  • The Grimm Brothers and the love of stories & travelling. Growing up with stories from around the world, Cornelia has always been fascinated by going places and discovering stories. This might explain why she has lived on three continents and is enrolled in a three-year storytelling class from which she will graduate this year. It already helps her delivering more compelling narratives for clients.
  • Yoga – At the start of a day Cornelia loves to roll out her yoga mat wherever she happens to be. Gaining new perspectives and fresh ideas while practicing asanas puts her in a positive mood.
  • She is passionate about improving healthcare delivery. This includes writing about new technological developments, attending conferences, talking to experts within the healthcare ecosystem and working with start-ups on their messaging.
